How to iron Khloe dress: Please make sure to use cotton cloth to protect delicate fabric. Place a cotton cloth/sheet on top of the tulle as a pressing cloth to protect the tulle from burning. Move the iron back and forth over the cloth to remove wrinkles.
TUTU CARE
Here are some excellent tips you can use to keep your skirt or dress looking fresh and neat:
When receiving your Tutu make sure to Shake, Finger-Comb and Fluff! Gently comb your fingers through the tulle from the waist down to the hem of the tutu. By doing so you will remove all twisting, crumpling or knots. Hang up tutu skirt / dress on a skirt hanger or other clipped hanger. Our Tutu's come packaged in tissue paper. After each use it is important to preserve the tutu's shape by following these care instructions and hang to store.
HOW TO STRAIGHTEN WRINKLED TUTU SKIRT / DRESS
Use steam from a hot shower, clothing steamer or dehumidifier to remove wrinkles. Make sure to hang Tutu on hanger and slowly move tutu back and forth and come fingers through until tutu is straight and fluffy again. We recommend turning the tutu inside out first and then flip it. You can remove wrinkles using steam from an iron, but use caution to NOT allow the iron to touch the tulle. You can use the steam from your iron but be extremely careful.
HOW TO CLEAN TUTU SKIRT / DRESS
Spot Clean Only! Use soap and water, rinse, straighten and the hang dry. You can hand wash Tutu but DO NOT wash in washing machine (this will destroy tutu).

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your Manor Little One experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit note to the value of the goods purchased and returned (excluding freight). In order for the credit note to be issued, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition and have the original swing tags and packaging attached. Credit notes issued are valid for 12 months.
Sale Items: Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on sale items.
Damaged/Faulty Items:
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days via email manorlittleone@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Manor Little One will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or size, please email us within 14 days. When returning the item/s please ensure to include a self-addressed pre-paid parcel or additional charges will apply. (Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charge both ways).
Sale Items: Please choose carefully as we do not exchange on sale items.

Standard Postage:
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post with an estimated time of approx. 3-5 Business Days Australia wide. Flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $150 with the exception of bulky items.
*All orders over $150 are shipped FREE Australia wide with the exception of bulky items.
Express Postage:
Flat rate of $14.95 applies with next business day delivery Australia wide.
As we endeavour to ensure that these shipping times are met, we rely on the services of Australia Post's times and delivery service.
*Bulky Items:
Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy/bulky items which will be determined and notified to the customer via email prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with the tracking number.
In Store Pick Up:
Your order will be packed immediately and waiting for you to collect at your earliest convenience. Pick up times are weekdays from 10am to 4pm and weekends 10am to 3pm.
International Customers:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at manorlittleone@gmail.com we will not charge a cancellation fee. Once your order has been processed though, it cannot be cancelled and the item must be returned to us as per our return policy.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).
