RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your Manor Little One experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit note to the value of the goods purchased and returned (excluding freight). In order for the credit note to be issued, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition and have the original swing tags and packaging attached. Credit notes issued are valid for 12 months.
Sale Items: Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on sale items.
Damaged/Faulty Items:
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days via email manorlittleone@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Manor Little One will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or size, please email us within 14 days. When returning the item/s please ensure to include a self-addressed pre-paid parcel or additional charges will apply. (Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charge both ways).
Sale Items: Please choose carefully as we do not exchange on sale items.
SHIPPING
Standard Postage:
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post with an estimated time of approx. 3-5 Business Days Australia wide. Flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $150 with the exception of bulky items.
*All orders over $150 are shipped FREE Australia wide with the exception of bulky items.
Express Postage:
Flat rate of $14.95 applies with next business day delivery Australia wide.
As we endeavour to ensure that these shipping times are met, we rely on the services of Australia Post's times and delivery service.
*Bulky Items:
Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy/bulky items which will be determined and notified to the customer via email prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with the tracking number.
In Store Pick Up:
Your order will be packed immediately and waiting for you to collect at your earliest convenience. Pick up times are weekdays from 10am to 4pm and weekends 10am to 3pm.
International Customers:
For international orders, please email us at manorlittleone@gmail.com for order placement and postage quote.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at manorlittleone@gmail.com we will not charge a cancellation fee. Once your order has been processed though, it cannot be cancelled and the item must be returned to us as per our return policy.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).
Stock on the site is subject to availability. We have made every effort possible to keep our stock levels accurate.
